Jake Smith, Intel Server Product Group Virtualization Manager

Jake Smith is a member of Intel's Server Product Group focused on Virtualization technologies. For the last 10 years, Jake has worked to introduce technologies in the Server, Storage and Mobile markets including NUMA-Q Servers, Fibre Channel Storage Area Networks, Centrino Mobile Technology, and Quad-Core Xeon processors. He is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College and serves as Chairman of the Technical Advisory Board for Zeronines Technology.


Peter Groth, HP Product Line Manager

Peter Groth is part of Hewlett Packard's worldwide x86 server product team, and has for the last 2 years been the Product Line Manager for the x86 Multi Processor server platforms. A 12 year veteran of Hewlett Packard, Peter Groth has worked across many areas of Hewlett Packard technologies and portfolio including mobile, desktop, infrastructure and server technology groups on both regional and worldwide levels in 4 countries and 2 continents. He is a graduate of Copenhagen University.
