US 4 Big Carriers start sale of Blue Coral Samsung Galaxy S7 edge

Info! Both cost a little below $800 without contracts
All you really need to know about this phone is that it's a very pretty blue color with gold trim. All the specs are the same, as is the price. But you know... blue.

All four carriers price the phone at nearly $800, so you're looking at around $30 per month for a 2-year term.
If you happen to be a Samsung loyal fan, or just a simple Android user looking to upgrade to a newer smartphone, then this is your lucky time of the year. Both Verizon and Sprint have started to sell the stunning Blue Coral Galaxy S7 edge.

The new color looks much better than the other more “common” versions, but in the end, it's a matter of taste. That's one of the reasons the Blue Coral Galaxy S7 edge will cost the same as the Black, Gold, Grey or Silver variants.

Big Red now offers the smartphone for $792 upfront and no long-term contract, but if you can't afford that amount, you can easily get the Blue Coral version for free for $33 monthly payments for 24 months.

Also, if you buy one Galaxy S7 edge at Verizon, you will get 50% off from the full retail price of the second one.

On the other hand, Sprint is selling the Galaxy S7 edge for $794.99 outright, and just about the same for those who don't want to pay anything upfront: $33.14 per month for 24 months.

The Blue Coral Galaxy S7 edge is meant to alleviate the losses Samsung suffered after the Galaxy Note 7 has been recalled twice. It's also an attempt to keep customers interested in a device that's been released more than six months ago.

The Galaxy S7 will be the only flagship launched this year that Samsung proposes to those looking for a high-end smartphone during the holiday season. That's one of the reason the South Korean company has decided to ramp up production of both the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge for the remainder of the year.

Obviously, the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge are great devices, but it remains to be seen whether or not they will remain competitive now that Google launched the Pixel phones, LG introduced the V20, and Huawei is about to start selling the Mate 9. Not to mention that the best-selling smartphone during the holiday season, the iPhone 7, is going to take a big slice of the sales this year, too.
