Glancing to the left and right, there’s nothing but large expanse of desert. Breaking off from the only paved highway in the area, the convoy snaked down towards a town in Tisserdmine, Morocco. Almost immediately, the deafening silence is replaced by the sound of pebbles, pelting against the wheel well of the Nissan NP300 Navara. And then, a crackle on the two-way radio: “Guys, engage four-wheel drive and go flat out. Head towards the horizon; we’ll re-group there.”
