LOTUS C-01 MOTORCYCLE

The evolution of the motorcycle has been slow in design but fast in engines. The new Lotus C-01 brings the 2 wheel industry to a whole new level. This is a mind blowing design that is actually a German design with the Lotus name attached. The rolling art was

dreamed up by the Kodewa and Holzer Group.

Obviously the bike is built for speed considering the long stiff frame and super low stance. The dry weight of this ride is 181 kg or 400 lbs this comes from the light weight Carbon Fiber/Titanium/Aero Tech Steel frame. The ride height is 90 mm or 3.54 inches.

The height of the seat is at 710 mm or 27.95 inches. The fork is a upside down and at 54 degrees. The bike uses a twin suspension strut and and a head tube angle of 59 degrees. The brake system is a twin brake disk in the front and a one brake disk for the back.

The engine is a 2 cylinder 4 stroke 75 degree V-Style. The capacity is a 1195 cm and bored at 105 mm. The stroke is at 69 mm and the horsepower is rated at 200. The transmission is a 6 gear jaw type shift the bike uses a X-Ring resp. O-Ring Chain.

The clutch is a Hydraulic anti jumping clutch. The fuel tank capacity is 10.51. The C-01 is similar to your Super Cars of today. You don't really need one but you definitely want one. Who cares about practicality when you are driving a dream machine like this beauty. There will be 100 of these bike made and thousands wanted.
