9ff GT9

The German tuning company is at it again! The 9ff GT9  is being tuned at this moment to break the world speed record again. This speed demon came on the scene in 2008 and passed by the Bugatti Veyron to the tune
of 254 MPH. The vehicle is based on the 977 Porsche with a highly modified engine and a new body design. One of the biggest differences between the Porsche 997 and this beast is the positioning of the motor.

While Porsche engines are in the rear the GT9 is a mid engine car. Once the car was rebalanced they are now tweeking the engine to surpass their expectations. The new model has just hit 437 km (272 MPH) and is still being reworked for improvement. Approaching speeds of Mach 0.5 the new V-Max GT9 is destine for greatness.


According to specs this new V-Max motor is a 4.2 L Twin Turbo charged flat 6 cylinder that produces 1381 HP (1400ps) at 7950 rpm and 1600 NM (855 lb-ft) at 5600 rpm. The engine shifts through 6 gears by paddle shifters on the steering wheel.
The curb weight is at 1340 kg (2954 lbs).
