As we know that after copying Part is over during Installation process the System is Rebooting.
After reboot you will see below like image in your Computer Screen.

Now when you see above image just press SHIFT+F10 this will open Command Prompt
Just type taskmgr in Command Prompt this will open Task Manager

Goto Processes and their find Setup.exe process and just right click on it and make Priority to Highest
Now you are done just enjoy installing WIndows Xp in 10 minutes.
