How to Program a Garage Door Opener on a 2001 BMW 325i

In 1977, the BMW 3-series made its leap across the pond from Europe to the United States in the form of the 320i. In 1987, the 325i made its triumphant debut on American soil. This version of the 3-series offered American BMW buyers something they had not seen since 1975 -- a true sport-tuned Beemer. Programming the 2001 325is garage door opener requires a precise procedure to prevent accidental erasure of the codes stored. Despite the required precision, the process of programming the opener is something any 325i owner can perform.
