The human computer interaction technology “Carnegie Mellon” invented by American professor can enhance the driving performance of the elderly. In the test, no matter the driver is young or old, they can let the navigation to give hints via a special signal.

For example: “turn left”, in this case, the special steering wheel will shake and suggest that you should turn left. It can avoid traffic accidents in the way that the elderly do not have to look at navigation screen from time to time and responds to the situation on the road or the hints too slowly. This function is of great use for the Unite States where the aging problem is more and more obvious and common.
