Speed up your Windows XP Start Menu Delay Time.
To do this Decrease your MenuShowDelay 400 to 0.
First Open Registry Editor,
Start Menu -> Run -> Type Regedit -> Hit Enter
In Your Registry Editor Navigate the Following key Location
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\]
In the right-pane,
Look for the key “MenuShowDelay”
with a Value of 400 and change it to 0 then Click OK.
Delete all the Entries in Your Desktop and Left only The 2 keys [“MenuShowDelay” and "default" ] and Close The Registry Editor or see the image Above for Better View or Download the File Below and Install. Thanks. . .
