There's an old show biz adage that says the smaller the star, the bigger a pain in the ass. Case in point: Washed-up singer Chaka Khan's backstage demands list for her concert tour.This isn't the most obnoxious tour rider I've ever seen (Hi, Christina and Diana), but I seriously doubt that the VFWs and outlet malls where Chaka makes her magic can accomodate all these demands.
