Dear iolo Friends, For our first newsletter of 2009, I'd like to extend our best wishes to you for the new year and also share what iolo has in store for the coming months. To define our vision for the year, iolo has introduced a fresh maxim: Stay Tuned™. This position speaks to our: Focus on PC tune-up software As the leading provider of PC tune-up software, our goal is to not only produce innovative tools that keep your system running at peak performance, but to also help you learn more about what you can do to maximize the health and longevity of your PC investment. This year, we'll be sending out informative newsletters more frequently and with more educational and instructional content, including a new tech advice column. Featured in this issue are FAQs from our Customer Care department, an article about the latest tech trends, and 10 simple tune-up tips that will give your PC a fresh start for the new year. Unique technology fine-tuned and adapted to stay at the cutting edge of emerging trends We've already updated System Mechanic to run on modern 64-bit platforms, and very shortly we'll be adding 64-bit compatibility to the rest of our product line. For our flagship product System Mechanic, we have several exciting new features planned as well as some significant product and service updates for our entire product line; we'll be keeping you posted on these throughout the year. Ongoing commitment to make products in tune with consumer needs Feedback from our user community (21 million and counting) has been key to our success from the beginning, and we want to expand that relationship even further. One new way iolo plans to remain closely in touch with its customers in 2009 is through the use of customer surveys, a feature we plan to roll out this month. And over the next few months, we'll be establishing more collaboration tools, so that we can continue to hear directly from you about how we're doing, and what we can do to continually improve. Throughout the year, please continue to "stay tuned" for more about iolo's developing product line and the latest news in computing and PC tune-up. I look forward to us all sharing and working together in 2009. Best regards, Noah T. Rowles President and CEO iolo technologies, LLC |
