A native of the Netherlands, Alissia holds degrees from the Design Academy in Eindhoven (BFA, Design) and Rhode Island School of Design (MID, Industrial Design). Her work spans furniture, product, and interior design, as well as packaging and branding, and she has recently exhibited at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan, and the ICFF in New York.
