On a green note, Artefacto is sensitive to environmental and ecological issues and adamant about protecting their natural resources by utilizing only IBAMA certified and approved timber procured from managed forests. All that aside, customer service is good but the salespeople on the floor will follow you and explain everything (maybe too much) maybe they need to learn to give you a little more space and be there when you need to ask questions.
