Konfabulator is now available for the MS Windows platform. As the web site says:
The utility that introduced Widgets to the world can now be used on just about any personal computer in the world. If you've tried the imitators, it might be time to take the plunge, try your hand at using widgets (or even creating one). There is a free trial, but if you fall in love, it's gonna cost you $25.
