You'll need to download an application for that which is available in Appstore
Rumors about Samsung bringing iOS support to its smartwatch lineup emerged a few months ago when an iOS version of Samsung Gear Manager leaked online. The South Korean company confirmed at CES 2017 that iOS support for some of its smartwatches will be available soon, but it did not offered a specific date.
But that's no longer needed since Samsung has just announced that iOS compatibility for its Gear wearables is now fully enabled on a wide range of devices. First of all, it's worth mentioning that this will only work with the Gear S3, Gear S2 and Gear Fit2.
Also, Samsung announced that the following iOS devices are now compatible with the wearables mentioned earlier: iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, iPhone 6, iPhone 6+, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S+, iPhone 7, iPhone 7+ and iPhone SE (iOS 9.0 and above).

In order to achieve that, users will need to download the newest Samsung Gear S application for the Gear S2 and Gear S3, or the Samsung Gear Fit application for the Gear Fit2. Both apps are now available in the App Store.
Keep in mind that depending on your iOS device, features and function will vary. For example, you will be able to use the Gear S3 and Gear S2's tracking features that allows you to monitor distance and route traveled, running place, calories burned and hear rate.
“While features and functions will vary by device, iOS users will be able to enjoy the Samsung Gear S3’s timeless and stylish design, IP68 water and dust resistance, as well as the built-in GPS, Alti/barometer and Speedometer apps,” explains Samsung.
Samsung also states that iOS compatibility with its wearable devices is only available in markets where Samsung Gear devices are sold. Also, some of the services and features of Samsung Gear devices may be limited for certain iOS devices and their apps.
