Change Tube and Tire on Rim of a Motocross Bike

Remove the bead lock, provided there is one on your specific design of motocross bike.

5. Settle a inexperienced tire onto the rim, over the tube. Make sure you do not pinch the tube as you do this. Again use the tire levers if needed.
6. Fill the tube with a bit of air, making sure it is lined up properly and hasn't been pinched by the tire. Once you are assured that it is okay, fill it completely with air. If it is not lined up properly, or has been pinched, remove the air from the tube and begin again, starting with Step 4.
7. Place the wheel back onto your motocross bike. Remember to reattach the bead lock further, if applicable.
