Once imperfections are patched, condition the leather seats to soften the leather and make it stronger. Pour some conditioner on a cotton cloth and rub it into the seats thoroughly. Let it sit for 20 minutes so that the conditioner can absorb into the leather, and then remove the excess with a fresh, dry cotton towel.


Maintenance


Clean your leather seats at least twice a year, and condition them at least once every three months to keep them in good condition. UV rays are a major cause of damage to leather car seats, so keep the car in a garage or otherwise out of the sun or use seat covers.
