Swisher International Buys Drew Estate Drew Estate and Swisher International have announced that Swisher will acquire Drew Estate during this four quarter. It has been weeks of speculation about the transaction. The founders of Drew Estate said this is a dream come true. The management of Drew Estate will stay intact and the tobacco relationships in Nicaragua will also stay intact.

Swisher had recently moved back into hand made premium cigars with the launch of Royal Gold Cigars. Drew Estate makes a cigar for Royal Gold Cigars called the Nirvana Cameroon Selection. The terms and financial agreement have not been publicized yet however it is clear all Drew Estate brands will go under the new blanket including Acid, My Uzi, Nica Rustica, Undercrown and Liga Privada.
