Jaguar Lightweight E-Type

Jaguar announced and revealed at the
Concours d'Elegance that it has built
six 2014 E-Types. The cars will be built

built to the exact specifications as the
last E-Type built in 1964.
The new Lightweight E-Type will be sold
as a competition car and they will be
suitable for any FIA historic motor sport
event.

In 1963 Jaguar intended to build 18 of the GT E-types however only 12 were produced. The remaining 6 that were not built had chassis numbers given to them and will now be used on the new six cars.
