La Sirena Cigar
If you don't recognize this huge colorful band it's the La Sirena Cigar from Miami cigar Co.
La Sirena has a dark oily well constructed shell. The cap is nice and the band is colorful and takes up half the cigar. This cigar starts off with a tingle of raw spice then settles down into a earthy smoky wood flavor that last to the end. A full body cigar for sure.
The burn was consistent throughout the smoke
and the ash was a nice light gray. The smoke was
thick and chalky during the middle of this smoke.
There are many sizes available for the La Sirena
however this was the King Poseidon I was tasting
during this article. This 6x60 gave off very little
aroma even though the cigar had a spicy strong
taste.
This cigar I knew was a handcrafted stick from
Pepin Garcia from the characteristics. A oily
Connecticut Broad leaf wrapper with the Cuban
seeded Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan Criollo
'98 and Corojo '96 long-fillers.

My cigar tasting was paired with a 2004 Evan Williams
Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey a perfect
match for this meaty cigar!
