The Koenigsegg is one of the worlds fastest cars. The Koenigsegg started by producing the CC8S back in 2002 and hasn't looked back! The Super Car Maker has gone on to build the 795 HP CCX and the Agera R monster that went 273 MPH.
Now they have their eye on the Electric World. This is the concept Quant.
The vehicle has 2 electric motors with 512 HP. 0 to 62 in 5.2 sec. Torque 715 NM. The power comes from a dubbed Flow Accumulator Energy Storage system which will charge to full capacity in 20 minutes. The car is also solar powered by a thin layer of photovoltaic coating over the car. The range is around 500km.
This luxury sedan slash super car seems to be the way this industry is going. The market has grown and there is a following for this new world of electric. The NLV Solar technology is something to look forward as we drive further into this electric way of life!
