Once the cap was taken off the black and gold tube a full woodsy aroma leaked into the air. This is a wonderful cigar brought to you by Partagus. The Black Label series is a full bodied cigar that is made in the Dominican Republic.
The handmade cigar is the product of Partagus which has been making cigars since 1845. The first glance of this cigar gives you a rich chocolate oily texture with a excellent build. The wrapper is a Connecticut Medio Tiempo leaf that shines on the stage. Nicaraguan and Piloto Cubano Ligero blended with Dominican make the filler and a Dominican binder.
The tasting begins! The first puff is a pleasant earthy espresso flavor. The aroma gives you the same pleasure. The sweet cocoa starts to burn off midway through the smoke then a slight smoked wood and spice take over. the end brings you a sweet dark chocolate and a smoke wood taste. A leathery aroma now fill the air. Available in many sizes and shapes!
