18 steps on how to install a car stereo in a Honda CRV.

1. Use the method above to move back the gear, remove the panel.

(1). Open the plastic cover

(2). Push down with nipper or the car key, then move back the gear.

2. Open the decoration panel above the outlets.

3. Remove the outlets.

4. Lift one side of the panel, then the other side.

5. Remove the 2 screws of the outlet.

6. Remove the 2 screws beneath the headunit, then slide out the factory headunit.

7. Factory headunit removed.

8. Remove the mounting brackets from the factory headunit.

9. Mount the mounting brackets onto the new headunti.

10. Definition of the plugs

11. Plug the power wires, steering wheel control harness and the radio wires etc coming with the headunit.

12. Remove the glove box, then put through the GPS aerial, USB wire, car reversing video cable and the car reversing control harness.

13. Connect the car reversing video cable and the car reversing control harness.

14. Mount the new headunit, fix the screws.

15. Plug the connectors and mount them in the right place.

16. Mount back the outlets.

17. Mount back the decoration panel above the outlets.

18. Replacement finished.
