Here is this adorable little side rocker. I picked it up a yard sale 15 years ago - honestly about a week after I picked up the red school house desk from a blog last spring. Anyway ....I have always wanted to refurbish it and make it a central part of the room rather than a piece of furniture that constantly gets moved around because I can't quite figure out what to do with it or where to put it.
We ripped it up so we could see how many layers were on it and how it was put together. Looks like I just need a new coat of paint, a new fabric swatch and a fun edging. I will let you know how it comes out in another blog!! Stay posted. Any ideas?
