I am just embarking on the great kitchen makeover, and I think I know the elements: maple cabinets in a clear medium finsh, black countertops (quartz/granite ... matte or glossy?) and lots of natural light. I'd like to find a backsplash that is interesting and not too flashy, and speaks to the natural aspects of the room. We have a beautiful round copper table that will also be part of the mix.
So I'm just dreaming and thinking and scheming ... such fun!
