  •  First you can download this software File   DOWNLOAD LINK
  • From this file's 2 software open ISPCE and install it.
  • now connect your modem with gpwap  apn.  see this screen shot.
  •  now open just installed software ISPCE and setting like below screen shot.
  • now give 8080 as listen port then press OK
  • Go to the option no 5 and give server and port  (Server-127.0.0.1 , Port-8080) see below
  • Now select default from file menu then minimize it.

  • now open simple server and wait for ready. If you see ready then minimize it. like below


  •  now setting proxy and port ( 127.0.0.1, port-8080) in your browser and download manager.
