First, you need to have tools. A tool that can be used to remove a dent can either be a hammer or a plunger. Even dry ice can be used to remove such damage. These tools are only useful for minor damage.

This causes a suction action that will, in turn, cause the dented area to pop out. This can be successful if you do it right.
Dents located on parts that can easily be accessed can be fixed simply by using a rod or a stick. For instance, dents on car doors can be repaired by massaging the dent from the inside, but it should be done gently. This activity takes about 30 minutes to a few hours depending on the size and number of dents.
You can also use a hammer even if you are working inside. However, this is only possible if the dent is located on an easily accessible part of the car. If you are working to fix the dent from the interior wall of the affected surface, make sure you do not damage the leather covering. Remove the covering to expose the dent. When you look at the damage from the inside of the car, it appears as if it is bulging out. This part can be fixed by hammering it.
