Glam on the Go

Kerastase’s Couture Styling line offers some of my favorite products for full-out glam hair. Try Lift Vertige blow dry gel for a voluminous blow out that can outlast even the most humid Miami day. Finish off with Laque Couture hairspray to lock in your style.

Cheek Pop blush by Clinique for the perfect rosy flush. Available in stores this February.

Last week my girl Nicholl and I took girls' night out to the next level thanks to the glam squad at BlowNDry Lounge. We pretty much experienced our own Kardashian moment, having two hairstylists and a makeup artist at my home to get us red carpet ready.

What could be better than starting the party before the party with a glass of wine, snacks, and girl talk, while getting primped in the comfort of your own home? Absolutely nothing! With a variety of styles named after local Miami neighborhoods, Nicholl and I opted for BlowNDry's signature "Havana" & "Pinecrest" 'dos. While hair gurus Beverly and Rudi blow dried & curled our hair to perfection, our makeup artist Melissa gave us polished beauty looks tailored to our wishes with almost air-brushed skin.

As someone who's always on the go, blow dry bars are a necessary evil in my life. (Evil because they are oh-so addicting!) BlowNDry recently opened their doors in Pinecrest, and is setting themselves apart by offering mobile glam services starting at $70 for both hair & makeup. Check out the salon at 11501 South Dixie Hwy in Miami or call to book your own mobile glam services (786) 732-2406.
