Nexus 5 will be available in 16 & 32GB priced @ $349 & $399 it is about Php15-17k Philippines Peso converted respectively @Google Play Store. In the United States, the Nexus 5 is available for AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint users. But I expect Philippines telecom companies such as Globe and Smart to release the Nexus 5 any time soon.
