When I visit my parents in Long Island over the summer, I always bring home stones I find in the sound. They are a reminder of the warmth and sun of summer all year long. I have discovered that once they are dry, they look very little like the stones glittering in the sun under the water. Use mineral oil to bring back the shine when you display them in your home ::
