Ergonomics in the Living Kitchen

I attended another incredibly interesting Society of British Interior Design CPD event this week in the Midlands.
Hosted by the very well respected and leading industry expert Renée Mascari.

Renée's experience spans over thirty years as an interior architect in both the commercial and residential sectors as well as being a lecturer in development training and education for the industry.

The subject for the evening was "Ergonomics in the Living Kitchen" highlighting the importance of incorporating ergonomic principles when preparing a kitchen design. Renée included examples from design legends Karim Rashid, Johnny Grey and Pininfarina to name a few, and spoke in depth of the evolution of kitchen design including the 2015 concept kitchen of the future.

The venue for the evening was located at the stunning Mascari Design studio in Nottingham I was very excitied to see the brand new Vertex range of kitchens masterminded by Renee's son, Rob Mascari, which I absolutely love ! http://www.mascari.co.uk/
