99 Ford Ranger Bumper Removal

The Ranger has been a staple in Fords line up since 1983 and shows no signs of slowing down, at the time of publication. The 1999 Ranger came in two basic trim levels XL and XLT and had an option package known as Sport, which replaced the Splash option package. The 1999 Ranger was one of only a handful of vehicles in its era that included a classic-style bumper and not the plastic covered foam thats seen on most vehicles through the late-1990s. Replacing the bumpers on the 1999 Ranger is a relatively simple task, but it does require the aid of an assistant.
