The door latch of your Chevrolet Suburban is necessary for opening your vehicle's door. If the door latch breaks or is damaged in an accident, you can replace it easily in under half an hour. The majority of the time is spent removing the Suburban's interior door panel. Replacement door latches can be purchased online or through your local Chevrolet dealership, and are fairly inexpensive depending on the condition of the latch. In addition, you also can try finding a used latch at a junk yard.
