Like most other vehicles, the 2003 Dodge Caravan has windows equipped on all of the doors. If a window is broken or cracked, whether through an accident or because of theft, you will need to replace your window to prevent any damage to the interior of your vehicle that could potentially be caused by the weather. Replacing the windows on your Caravan is actually a fairly simple procedure that should not take you more than thirty minutes to complete.

Lift up the Caravan's hood and use a socket wrench to disconnect the battery.
2Remove the courtesy lamp from the door with a flat-head screwdriver. Be sure to unplug the lamp's electrical connection.
3Remove the screws from the armrest and door handle panel with a Phillips screwdriver. Pull off both the armrest and door handle panel.
4Pry off the panel containing the controls for the window and mirror with a flat-head screwdriver. Disconnect the panel's connection and remove it from the door.
5Remove the clips from around the door panel using a flat-head screwdriver. Pull the door panel off the door and disconnect its electrical connection. Peel off the rubber weather panel from around the edge of the door.
6Use a flat-head screwdriver to disconnect the connection linkage from the window.
7Remove the division channel attaching screws from the window. Remove the division channel.
8Remove the upper and lower vent screws from the window. Hold the window as you remove the screws.
9Lift the window up and out of the Caravan's door. Slide a new window and reinstall the upper and lower vent screws.
10Reattach the division channel and screw. Reconnect the linkage and reattach the rubber weather panel.
11Reinstall the door panel and its clips.
12Reattach the window and mirror control panel. Reassemble the armrest and door handle panel.
13Reattach the courtesy lamp. Be sure to connect it as well.
14Reconnect the battery and close the hood.
