2.  Lift the switch panel of the vent compartment with plastic scraper (mind the dash in position against it), slide out the switch panel.

3.  Take out the panel of the unit.

4.  Remove the screws used to fix the brackets of the headunit (keep the screws for the use of the new headunit installation) , remove the headunit.

5.  Remove the grey side panels on both sides from the glove compartment.

6.  Remove the small panel beneath the glove compartment, then slide out the glove compartment. (Keep the plastic latch of the glove compartment for the use of the new headunit installation)

7.  Panel removed.

8.  Remove the switch from the factory headunit panel, outlets and all plastic latch. (Be careful when removing the latch of the two outlet knobs)

9.  Parts removed from the factory headunit panel

10. Mount the removed parts in the right place of the new headunit monitor.

11.  new headunit monitor after the whole processing

12. Mount the latch from the glove compartment to the new headunit, fix the brackets of the new headunit onto the unit case.


13. Well plan the harness connecting the monitor and new headunit in the panel.



14. Plug the connectors behind the monitor. (Put the double USB wiring through the glove box on passenger’s side.)

15. Mount back the monitor.

16. Plug the connectors behind the new headunit and mount it back.

17. Fix the new headunit with screws removed from the factory headunit, plug all connectors and mount it back.

18. Mount back the grey side panels.

19. Plug the connectors behind the switch panel of the vent compartment and mount it back.

20Replacement finished.

Tips

1.  Do not use strong chemicals, cleaners or strong detergents to wash the machine.

2.  Please use a clean and soft cloth to clean the screen. Do not use plain paper.

3.  Use the touch pen for touch operation.. Do not use other sharp objects to avoid screen damage.

4.  Please do not install, maintain the machine by yourself. Install the headunit when the power is off. It is very dangerous for the non professionals who lacks the training of the installation of electronic equipment or vehicle accessories or experience to install and maintain the machine.

5.  Please check before installation whether the functions of original car stereo is normal, whether there are scratches and other negative phenomena and then confirm it with the owners.

6.  Take care of the instrument of the vehicle when dismounting, the removed parts should be kept properly and put the unused parts back in the original car .

7.  Navigation and rear-view mirror have only an auxiliary function for driving, they can not completely replace your attention and judgments

8.  This installation manual describes the method of the headunit installation. GPS antenna, Bluetooth Microphone, reversing camera and digital television and other accessory should be installed by conventional methods.

9.  Digital TV touch control can be operated when "TV-CONT" is connected.

10.D/C 8011TP apply to 2.7L manual/ automatic standard, 4.0LTX/TX-L models. D/C8013TP apply to parts of the models with built-in amplifer. D/C8014TP apply to 4.0LVX, please consult the dealer for more information.
