2011 Volkswagen Amarok New Price, Review, Features and Specifications

2011 Volkswagen Amarok Price :

Volkswagen Amarok Prices start from £ 16.995 to the Start Line model and £ 18,995 for the trendline, while the range-topping Highline cost of £ 21.575.

The new Volkswagen Amarok will be launched into the market during the first quarter of 2011. But don’t forget you can check it out at the Sydney Motor Show in a few weeks time.

Engine Features :

The engines’ power will be taken to the ground by the use of three drive concepts – full-time all-wheel drive, switchable all-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive.
Interestingly, the base version of the Amarok comes in rear-wheel drive.

First, there’s the 2.0 TDI with common rail injection engine, which develops 163 PS and 400 Nm of torque at 1,500 rpm.
Then there’s the four-cylinder TDI, which will be added to the lineup in the first half of 2010.
To control the engine, there is a 6-speed manual transmission, which will be the single one available for both engines..

I’ll agree that it may be lie on the gloomy side of the personality spectrum but things like the carefully considered weight of the switchgear right down to the quality feel of the plastics currently make it the best double cab to spend time in.
As my launch car was kitted out in Highline specification, it came with smart leather seats, a six-speaker RCD 310 CD radio and the firm’s familiar Climatronic climate control system – features that make you feel like you’re at the helm of a luxury sedan rather than a rugged off-roading pick-up....
