Step 1:
Locate and remove two Phillips screws securing the top of the radio dash panel.
The 2 screws will be located between the air conditioner vents and the air conditioner controls.

Step 2:
Pull the ashtray out of the dash.
Locate and remove two Phillips screws hidden underneath the ashtray.

Step 3:
The plastic panel surrounding the gear shift must be removed. This panel simply unsnaps upward from the rest of the center console. With a flat head screwdriver or other flat object, gently pry up the left comer closest to the emergency break. Once this corner is unsnapped, gently pull the panel upward to unsnap the rest of the clips;

Step 4:
Once the plastic panel surrounding the gear shift has been removed, locate and remove two Phillips screws securing the lower part of the black plastic dash panel.

Step 5:
Locate and remove one Phillips screw on the right side of the center console as show in the photo.
Do the same for the left side.

Step 6:
Locate and remove two Phillips screws on the right side of the center console as show in the photo.
Do the same for the left side.

Step 7:
Locate and remove one Phillips screw on the REAR right side of the center console behind the passenger seat as shown in the photo.
Do the same for the left side.

Step 8:
Locate and remove two Phillips screws inside the armrest of the center console.

Step 9:
Once all the screws have been removed, the center console can be pulled away from the dash move the gear shift back so the center console can slide away from the dash.
WARNING: the center console looks like 2 individual pieces but is actually screwed together to make one solid center console and should be removed as one single console.

Step 10:
Once the center dash console is pull away from the radio, the screws securing the radio become visible.
Locate and remove four Phillips screws, two on each side of the radio that are screwed into the plastic assembly surrounding the radio.

Step 11:
To remove the radio, the entire black plastic assembly containing the radio and cigarette lighter must be removed. Pull the black plastic assembly away from the dash.

Unplug the antenna cable from the radio. Unplug the radio wire harness connector from the rear of the radio. Unplug the cigarette lighter power wire connector from the back of the cigarette lighter. Unplug any connectors attached to the black plastic assembly.

The completed removal of the radio should look like the photo above.
