Step 1:
Open the ashtray below the radio. Remove the ashtray and set aside. Behind the ashtray will be two Phillips screws. Remove both screws.
Step 2:
Once the screws behind the ashtray have been removed, the plastic dash panel surrounding the radio can then be removed.
Grab the dash panel in the opening where the radio can then be removed.
Grab the dash panel in the opening where the ashtray would normally be. Pull firmly and the dash panel will unsnap from the body of the dash. Set the plastic panel aside.
Step 3:
Once the plastic dash panel has been completely unsnapped from the dash,you will notice the radio and pocket below the radio. The radio and pocket are attached together as one unit by metal brackets secured to each side. To remove the radio/pocket assembly, you will have to locate and remove four Phillips screws that secure the metal brackets to the dash.
Step 4:
Onc the screws securing the radio/pocket assembly have been removed, pull the radio/pocket assembly out of the dash. Unplug the cable plugged into the rear of the radio. Unplug 2 white connectors snapped into the rear of the radio. The radio can now be completely removed from the dash.
