Add this source to sources:

touchmods.net/rep.xml

  1. Add the source touchmods.net/rep.xml to sources.
  2. Refresh sources and go to install in installer.
  3. Scroll down to Touchmods and open folder.
  4. Install Sip-Voip.
  5. When done installing, finally, restart your iPod.
