Please forgive me for my lack of posts lately. I have encountered a little shake up in my life this week that has left me quite sad. Unfortunately, this is going to impact my world for a while. I promise not to turn this blog into a sad rambling of emotions, but please bear with me while I adjust. The furniture and painting projects will have to be put on hold for now, but at least this gives me more time for finding great inspiration...

Side Note: If I were to rename this blog or open a new store I would call it The Yellow Door. See this pic. Apparently The Yellow Door is a jewelry and gift store in Brooklyn...fantastic choice of name.
