Featured Member of the Week

Our featured member of the week is Mshen, a systems administrator
hailing from California. Joining us rather recently in September
2008, Mshen has managed to acquire nearly 7,000 Knowledge Points! You
can find Mshen answering questions on everything from Outlook to
Active Directory, networking to virtualization. In his role as a
systems administrator, he has gained a wealth of knowledge in many
different areas, which makes him an asset to us on IT Knowledge
