		NetFlow Tips from SolarWinds Head Geek
		TIP #1: Turning on NetFlow Turning on NetFlow can be tricky. Be sure to consult the vendor's documentation and be sure that you match the UDP port used for transport on both the exporter and the collector. TIP #2: Stop the NetFlow Traffic Jam Consider how much traffic you have and how it's configured. You may not want to send NetFlow data from a data center to a collector on the other side of a small WAN circuit. FACT: An industry analyst recently estimated that roughly 90% of troubleshooting time is spent isolating a problem, and the use of flow metrics can chop that time to fractions.
