This one was done for my interpretive class. The project was to listen to a conversation between two people. One day, I overheard about the situation in chinese elementary school. The person was talking about how the teachers cannot discipline kids because the principals at the elementary schools do not like to deal with children's parents. I heard that there are so many cases of firing teachers due to this issue. So, I thought that the power between the teachers and kids are has been flipped over. I found the similarity in a shepherd because they have the power towards sheep. Upon my research, I also found out that the metaphorical meaning of young goats are kids. So, I simply flipped the power between the shepherd and the goats. On the picture, it says they can't even fail kids anymore. It means that the teachers are no longer able to discipline kids in order not to get fired from schools. On the picture, goats are a representation of kids and the shepherd as a teacher. Goats( students) are going crazy because they can do whatever they want because the shepherd( teacher) cannot do anything about it. Sorry for my grammar and hopefully, you understand my concept!!
