Blogger and Google Data API developers will be participating in the
November 2007 Atom Publishing Protocol interoperability meeting, happening this coming Tuesday and Wednesday, November 13–14. This is a chance for implementers of servers and clients to squash any remaining bugs in their APP code to make sure that they match the upcoming standard.
