The first Chevrolet ad in India was awesome,people still recall that ad but the present ones are simply a waste of time and money.They got star campaigners in the form of two bollywood actors but the ads are simply pathetic. The aveo u-va ad with a gorilla was the worst of the lot,though now it is being said that they plan to change the gorilla with a bunch of kids,don't know how that will turn out now.
Almost every automobile manufacturer in India is marketing aggressively now[including Honda] and ads play a very important role even to the extent as to how people perceive a brand.Hopefully GM pulls it socks up fast and I wish them all the very best.
