The V.I.P. chair was especially designed for the World Expo 2000 in Hanover. The 44 individual, colourful family members were the inhabitants of the spectacular Royal Wing Room on top of the Dutch Pavilion. Now the V.I.P. chair is a part of the Moooi collection.
The V.I.P. chair is completely upholstered with a woollen, felt-like textile, available in all different colours of the Divina melange range. The upholstery covering the legs of the chair hang loose, like trouser-legs. Thanks to the hidden wheels, when the chair moves it looks like it’s floating above the ground.
