If you don't own a TiVo and haven't quite made the leap into an MS Media Center PC, you might be a candidate for ORB. What is ORB, you ask? Basically, ORB uses you PC to record video and then makes it accessible from anywhere--yes, ANYWHERE: Across your network, the Internet, on your phone. Now obviously you're going to have to have a video capture card in your PC, and you going to have to have broadband, and an appropriate model cell phone (if you even like that option)...oh, and there is that pesky monthly fee, but you'd have to pay as much for TiVo (or my personal favorite, ReplayTV) anyway.
